A product needs to make sense to the people using it, the team building it and the business behind it.

My work connects those perspectives: shaping a product’s direction, testing assumptions, leading design and working closely with founders and engineers to get it into people’s hands.

I’ve helped companies build the products and clarity they need to secure funding and go to market with the right solution. Sometimes that means leading a team. Sometimes it means rolling up my sleeves. Usually, it involves a lot of good questions.

Recent engagements include StuRents and the Croatian Ministry of Culture.

My focus is on product strategy, design leadership and delivery: aligning business priorities with user needs and helping teams take products to market. I’m also developing independent products, with details to follow when they’re ready to share.

A lot of my work is proprietary or covered by NDAs, so I can’t share it publicly.
