Ever feel like you're drowning in commitments?
Saying "yes" to everything and then regretting it? 😫
Here’s what my week used to look like:
- Juggling five projects across three clients
- Finishing Witcher 3 on my PlayStation
- A meetup in central London
- Three social commitments
- Going to the gym
- Walking my dog
- Whatever my wife planned for the weekend…
…and a sourdough resting in my pantry. Obviously!
Imagine having the power to say "no" without feeling guilty or coming off as a jerk. 🚫
Learning to set boundaries is an art; it can save your sanity and boost your success. 🎨
My week is now more like:
- Gym in the morning.
- Work on a project.
- Walk the dog.
- Cook dinner.
- Work a bit.
- Read.
- Sleep.
I was trying to control everything, saying "yes" to everything, but I wasn't dancing with life; I was wrestling with it.
Learning to say "no" became my dance, my way of moving with life instead of against it.
🕺It’s Jazz…
