...is the trap of working non-stop, and it took me too long to get to a point where I can just sit back and relax without feeling the guilt of "wasting time"

It's important to set boundaries for yourself. Working constantly without rest is not sustainable, and it will only lead to exhaustion and burnout.

Once I learned to take breaks, meditate, and prioritize my well-being - I started to enjoy the process much more because I could take a step back and look at it from a not-so-urgent perspective.

Also, I learned to say NO! Saying "no" can be a powerful tool in your career. It's okay to turn down projects that don't align with your values or that you don't have the expertise for. This will allow you to focus on the projects that truly matter to you and that will help you grow.

Pace yourself, take breaks, and enjoy the process. Your career as a freelancer is a journey, not a destination. Take time to reflect, learn, and grow. And if all else fails, take a nap. Naps solve everything.
