Going forward we should be thinking outside the box and push the envelope to grab that low-hanging fruit.
Let’s take this offline and put a pin in it so we can run it up the flagpole and put it in the pipeline so we don’t burn the candle at both ends because I don’t have the bandwidth to break down the silos and step up to the plate and do a paradigm shift.
JEZZZUS H. CHRIST!!! 😅😅😅 Enough with the bullshit already!
The no. 1 reason why there is no honesty in the workplace, especially among management, is to hide the incompetency on both sides and keep getting paid while keeping the stakeholders or investors clueless on what's actually going on.
So much responsibility avoidance and decision dodging until it lands on the shoulders of a junior person who has to complete their tasks, and then if they screw up they get blamed.
I've seen firsthand numerous times, one being YESTERDAY, how people who are building the product are inhibited from doing proper work because leadership has no technical knowledge and is hiding their lack of expertise from the investors.
A good app will go into the oblivion of failed ideas, and millions of dollars are about to go to waste because nobody is speaking up and telling the people in charge that they are actually not a god-given-gift to business because at the end of the day - everyone wants to be paid.
I like the saying: "Everyone likes an honest person until you are honest with them. Then you're just an asshole."
🍻 Here's to the assholes! Cheers.
